MEET

Carrie Zaninovich

I am a Bakersfield native and love living here. I’ve watched as Bakersfield has grown and am familiar with just about every neighborhood in town. I began my real estate career in 1998 as an escrow officer with First American Title, which gives me a deep understanding of how to manage a real estate transaction. Now, I serve the community as a real estate agent. I am also an active real estate investor and am proud of the portfolio that my husband and I have built. Outside of real estate and my family, you will find me volunteering at Kern County Animal Services or one of the various dog rescues in our community helping people to make the right decision and adopt a shelter pet. I’m also not afraid to get dirty cleaning puppy kennels resulting in lots of puppy breath kisses!. I love my dogs, career, wine, spin bike and family. (sometimes in that order!) Closing gifts are meant to be personal and when you close with me, expect a yummy loaf of yummy sourdough bread!
